Appellant, Freddrick Smith, appeals a conviction for felony driving while intoxicated (DWI). He entered a plea of not guilty to the indictment, but pleaded true to the two jurisdictional paragraphs alleging prior sequential convictions for felony driving while intoxicated. The trial court assessed punishment at thirty-five years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
