The Commonwealth appeals from the Superior Court’s order vacating the order denjnng appellee, Dexter Pitts, relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. *3§ 9541 et seq., dismissing Pitts’s PCRA petition, and granting PCRA counsel’s request to withdraw; the Superior Court remanded for the filing of an amended PCRA petition.
