This action was instituted by the City National Bank of Lawton against Vinnie L. Young and George E. Young and others, and the amended petition contains 26 causes of action.

The first cause of action alleges that Vin-nie L. Young and George E. Young made, executed, and delivered their certain promissory note in the principal sum of $10,009 to the plaintiff, who is the owner and holder thereof. This note bears date as of the 9th day of September, 1920, the due date being December 31, 1920, and by the terms of the note the bank was given full authority to sell any collateral…
