This was an action for damages for killing domestic animals, commenced by the defendant in error, plaintiff •below, against the plaintiff in error, defendant beiow. Hereafter, for convenience, the parties will be designated “plaintiff” and “defendant,” respectively, as they appeared in the trial court.
At the close of the plaintiff’s evidence the defendant demurred thereto, on the ground that it appeared from said evidence that plaintiff’s cause of action accrued more than two years prior to the filing of the action, and therefore was barred 'by the .two-year statute of limitations. Upon this…
