OPINION AND ORDER
GRAHAM, District Judge.
This case involves the importation and sale of athletic shoes made in Korea. Plaintiff, Shonac Corporation (“Shonac”), asserts claims under § 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a); the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-68; as well as claims under state statutory and common law. This matter is before the Court on the motion for summary judgment of defendant Hyosung Corporation (“Hyo-sung”).
