OPINION AND ORDER

SARGUS, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court for consideration of the Plaintiffs’ Amended Motion for Preliminary Injunction. 1 (Doc. # 6). The Court heard testimony on the matter over a two day period. For the reasons that follow, the motion is granted as to Plaintiffs’ claims for trademark infringement and unfair competition and denied as to Plaintiffs’ claim for trademark counterfeiting.
