Appeal from an order of the district court.
The pertinent question for our consideration is whether the order appealed from is appealable.
The proceedings involve the acquisition of land for park purposes and were instituted under the charter of the city of Minneapolis by resolution of the board of park commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the park board, for the enlargement of Frank H.
