We will first express our decision upon the motion of the respondent to dismiss the appeal. February 7,1885, the court made an order dissolving an attachment against the property of the defendants Elder, but also ordered that proceedings under such order should be stayed for 30 days. Before the expiration of the 30 days, the court granted an order to show cause, on the 14th day of March, why the order dissolving the attachment should not be vacated, and also further stayed all proceedings under such former order.
