May 14, 1931, defendants bought from the plaintiff company one Koehring dumptor. As and for the purchase price defendants gave eight promissory notes and delivered to it money and property in the amount of $2,832. The contract of purchase reserved title in the plaintiff until the full amount of the notes was paid.
