Plaintiffs Muhammed Gibbs, Elmer Crisco and Emiliano Crisostomo (“Plaintiffs”) have filed suit against the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (“WMATA” or “Defendant”) alleging discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Presently before the Court is Defendant’s [22] Motion for Summary Judgment.
