Plaintiffs Sebastian Njang,. Marco Washington, and Joyce Ejikunle were employed as security guards at a federal government office building in the District of Columbia in 2009, when the events at issue in this lawsuit took place. All three plaintiffs allege that the private security company that employed them—the Whitestone Group, Inc.
