Plaintiff, The Torrington Company (“Torrington”), moves pursuant to Rule 56.1 of the Rules of this Court for judgment on the agency record, challenging certain aspects of the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration’s (“ITA”) final results in the first administrative review of imports of antifriction bearings from the Federal Republic of Germany.
