This is a suit brought by the Golden Grain Milling Company, appellee, against the St. Louis, Springfield & Peoria Railroad Company, St. Louis & Northeastern Railway Company, St. Louis Electric Terminal Railway Company, Danville & Edwardsville Terminal Railway Company and John Barton Payne, Director General of Railroads and Federal Agent for Southern Railroad Company.
