This is a putative class action involving alleged -violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. §§ 783(b), 78t(a), and SEC Rule 10b-5 thereunder, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5. The lead plaintiffs have brought suit, on behalf of a class of similarly situated persons, against biopharma-ceutical company Zafgen, Inc. and its CEO Thomas E.
