This suit was instituted in the district court of Garvin county, Okla., on March 17, 1919, by defendant; in error, plaintiffs in the trial court, against James Chisholm, plaintiff in error, defendant in the trial court, being a suit in re-plevin to recover possession of certain improvements, or the value thereof, which had been removed, as alleged by plaintiffs, from a certain tract of land owned by plaintiffs.
