Defendant Interstate Production Credit Association of Spokane, a federally chartered cooperative credit association, appeals from a judgment entered after a jury verdict for plaintiffs on their claims for breach of an agreement, partly oral and partly written, to lend them money on annually renewable loans for 15 years and for breach of the obligation of good faith in the performance of that agreement.
