MEMORANDUM ORDER

LEE, District Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ Robert E. Ferguson, Robert D. Graham, Christian M. Milton, and Elizabeth A. Monrad’s (collectively “Defendants”) Motions to Transfer Venue to the District Court of Connecticut, under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 21(b). (Docket Nos. 25, 28, 32, and 35.)
