OPINION
McKEAGUE, Circuit Judge.
This action represents a final effort by the personal representative of the estate of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy debtor to avoid liability for pollution remediation costs attributed to the debtor’s and her husband’s waste-oil refining business operations at two sites in Arkansas. The assertion of a claim for these remediation costs against the debtor’s estate by the trustee of the debtor’s husband’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate is said to have constituted a fraud upon the court which warrants setting aside the bankruptcy court’s judgment against the debtor.
