Now pending before the court in the above-captioned case is Plaintiff Studio A’s (“Plaintiff’ or “Studio A”) Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs (“Pis’ Mot. for Attys’ Fees,” ECF No. 181). Plaintiff maintains that it is entitled to an award of fees and costs against Defendants Action Software, Inc. (“Action Software”) and Alexander Belfer (“Belfer”) (collectively, “Defendants” or “Action”) and their counsel.
