MERRITT, Circuit Judge.
In this civil rights and antitrust case against Ottawa Community Development Corporation, a corporation authorized to approve the issuance of industrial revenue bonds, plaintiff appeals the District Court’s order granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment on the grounds that plaintiff’s constitutional right to procedural due process was not violated under the Fourteenth Amendment and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and that plaintiff incurred no antitrust injury pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2.
