I. Introduction
This is a putative class action in which the named plaintiffs and proposed class representatives (collectively, the “Named Plaintiffs”) allege that the defendants National Water Main Cleaning Company (“NWMCC”) and Carylon Corporation (“Carylon”) (collectively, the “Corporate Defendants”) failed to pay legally mandated wages and benefits to their employees working in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
