OPINION

NEWMAN, Justice.

Michael Pierce (Appellant) appeals, pro se, from the denial of his first petition for post-conviction relief, pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA).1 We affirm.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
