Introduction

In this adversary proceeding, the Plaintiffs, chapter 13 1 debtors Jason L. Scott and Ginger K. Scott, move to dismiss the counterclaims filed against them by Defendants Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and ReconTrust Co., N.A.
