Thomas Ruben Reyes and Denise Ma-ries Reyes (“Debtors”) seek confirmation of their proposed chapter 13 plan. Rod Danielson, chapter 13 trustee (“Daniel-son”) objects to confirmation. At the hearing, Pam Lacey appeared for the Debtors and Elizabeth Schneider appeared for Danielson.
