WISDOM, Circuit Judge.
The question for decision is the effect of payment to a husband of a check held by husband and wife in tenancy by the entirety, 1 when the husband forged the indorsement of the wife who was a co-payee.
The facts are undisputed. Appellant and her husband, Angelo J. Bello, from whom she is now divorced, owned a tract of land in Pinellas County, Florida, as tenants by the entireties.
