GODBOLD, Circuit Judge:
This ease arises out of an accident in which one passenger was killed and another injured when a 17-foot outboard motorboat operated by Edmund Makow-ski struck a submerged object. Makow-ski and his wife, doing business as the Harbor Lights Motel, filed a petition for limitation of or exoneration from liability. The district court entered the usual injunction restraining the institution or prosecution of other suits pending the outcome of the limitation proceeding.
