Mary Souza, whose true name was Mary Lucas, died intestate in 1932. Plaintiff was appointed administratrix of her estate and brought this action seeking an accounting of the money and property standing in the name of the defendant and a division of said money and property. The cause was tried by the court sitting without a jury and from a judgment in favor of defendant, plaintiff appeals.
