SWEENEY, Judge.

Before the court are plaintiffs application to proceed informa pauperis and the government’s motion to dismiss. In this case, plaintiff Johnny Woodson, proceeding pro se, seeks his release from a federal correctional facility and money damages stemming from his alleged wrongful imprisonment. The government moves, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims (“RCFC”), to dismiss the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.1 Although the court afforded plaintiff ample time-over two months-to file a response, he has…
