LESLIE, Chief. Justice.

This suit was instituted in the district court of Palo Pinto county by A. J. Linde-man and his wife, Lula Lindeman, against Carl Carter, a resident of the State of Oklahoma, to recover damages alleged to have been occasioned by injuries received in a collision of the plaintiffs’ car with one driven by the defendant. Different grounds of negligence are alleged. . Besides pleas to the jurisdiction, there were demurrers, general and special denials, etc. The trial was before the court and jury.
