AFLAC Incorporated, a major insurance company primarily selling supplemental group and cancer insurance, brought the instant action against its insurers, Chubb & Son, Inc., Chubb Indemnity Insurance Company, Great Northern Insurance Company, and Jordan/Woolfolk Insurance Company (“Chubb”).
