This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by reason of a fall of the plaintiff into an elevator shaft in defendant’s building. Defendant appeals from the denial of its motion to set aside the verdict in favor of the plaintiff and for claimed errors upon the trial.
The defendant claims that upon the evidence the jury could not reasonably have found either that it was negligent or the plaintiff free from contributory negligence.
