OPINION
By HORNBECK, J.
The appeal is from a decree of divorce granted to the plaintiff from the defendant. Errors are not specifically assigned but from the briefs it may be stated that the claim-is that the decree is against the weight of the evidence, unsupported by the evidence and contrary to law.
Appellee insists that we may not weigh the evidence because the motion for new trial was filed after the opinion of the Trial Court and before the judgment entry. Sec. 11578 GC. The decretal entry was filed in the Trial Court on the 11th of December, 1948, and a separate entry of the same date,…
