In Sup Choi, M.D., asserts three claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, (“ERISA”), against Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, Inc., Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan II, The MGH Professional Staff Severance Plan and Massachusetts General Hospital, (collectively “MGH”).
