MEMORANDUM OF DECISION REGARDING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF DEBTOR’S CHAPTER 13 PLAN

Before the Court is the Chapter 13 trustee’s objection to confirmation of the Debt- or’s Chapter 13 plan. 1 The Debtor opposes the objection. At issue is whether the plan’s proposed distribution to creditors satisfies the so-called best interests test set forth in Section 1325(a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code.
