The matters before the Court are the Objection by Trustee to Debtor’s [sic] Claim of Exemption (the “Objection”) filed by Debora A. Casey (the “Trustee”), Chapter 7 trustee of the estate of Peter C. (“Mr. Ellis”) and Carole A.
