MEMORANDUM OPINION REGARDING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO EXEMPTIONS

This case is before the Court on the Objection to Homestead Exemption (the *844“Objection”)filed by Christopher Moser, acting as trustee for the chapter 7 estate (the “Trustee ”).The Objection seeks to disallow the exemption claimed by Dr. Stanley Thaw (the “Debtor”) for his lavish home in Frisco, Texas.1 The Debtor agrees that his exempt homestead interest is capped at $146,540 by 11 U.S.C. § 522(p).
