MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Before the Court is a motion to amend Schedule C filed by Adrian Luckham and Karola Durette-Luckham, the debtors in this Chapter 13 case (the “Debtors”). The Debtors propose to exempt “100% of Equity” in real property constituting their residence, and the Chapter 13 trustee has objected on grounds that the exemption improperly fails to quantify the dollar amount of the claimed exemption, as required by § 522(d)(1) of the United States Bankruptcy Code.1 In response, the Debtors argue that the Supreme Court’s decision in Schwab v.
