MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD L. WILLIAMS, District Judge:
This case was tried to the Court without a jury on the plaintiff’s claims of odometer fraud, alleging violations of both federal and state statutes. At the conclusion of the trial, the Court found the defendant Lakeview Motors, Inc., liable to the plaintiff for a violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1989, the federal Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act.
This Memorandum Opinion sets forth the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law, in accordance with Rule 52(a), Fed.R. Civ.P.
