MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

CLARIE, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff, Ronald H. Jones, brought this action under Subchapter IV of the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1981-91, 1 seeking statutory punitive damages and such equitable relief as the Court may deem appropriate. He claims that the defendant corporation, Fenton Ford, Inc.
