MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO DISMISS AMENDED PROOF OF CLAIM OF ULL-MAN-BRIGGS, INC. AND STAY DISCOVERY

The Debtor, Sevko, Inc. (“Sevko”) moved to dismiss the amended proof of claim filed by Ullman-Briggs, Inc. (“Ullman-Briggs”) pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9014 and 7012(b), (Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(B)(6)), and to stay discovery related to that claim.
