MEMORANDUM

JOAN N. FEENEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (the “Motion”) and the Chapter 11 Trustee’s objection to the Motion. The issue raised by the Motion is whether Massachusetts’ version of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (the “UFTA”), which was enacted after the Debtor filed his bankruptcy petition, should apply retroactively to time bar the avoidance action brought by the Trustee.
