INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on two motions filed in different cases requesting a conversion to a case under Chapter 12. Chapter 12 is included as part of the Bankruptcy Judges, United States Trustees, and Family Farmer Bankruptcy Act of 1986 (“Family Farmer Bankruptcy Act”) which became effective November 26, 1986.
