IjZackery Clement sustained a compen-sable hernia injury on March 12, 2009. Medical expenses and temporary total-disability benefits were paid from the date of his injury until May 10, 2010, and for a second time from July 15, 2010, until August 8, 2010. In the interim, on April 7, 2010, Clement was granted a change of physician.
