MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. Procedural History

During the time relevant to this action defendant Snelling Personnel Services a/k/a Snelling Temporaries (“Snelling Personnel”), was a sole proprietorship owned by defendant Thomas Cahall, Jr. (“Cahall”), and was operated as an employment agency. Cahall was a franchisee of Snelling Personnel Services, Inc. a/k/a/ Snelling & Snelling, Inc. (“Snelling & Snelling”), also originally named as a defendant. Plaintiffs Jacqueline Kellam, Carmen Ergenzinger, and Patricia Opdyke were employed as permanent staff by Snelling Personnel…
