INTRODUCTION

Lilia Williams (“Williams”) filed a complaint against Anthony Caruso (“Caruso”), Law Access, Inc. (“Law Access”) and Western Staff Services Inc. (“Western”) asserting numerous counts arising from Caruso’s alleged sexual harassment of her.
