In this breach of contract suit, appellant, Gallagher Healthcare Insurance Services (“GHIS”), challenges the trial court’s summary judgment order that denied its motion for summary judgment and granted summary judgment in favor of appellee, Page M. Vogelsang. In one issue on appeal, GHIS contends that the trial court erred in holding that the covenant-not-to-*643compete provision in Vogelsang’s employment agreement was unenforceable.

We reverse and remand.
