In this employment dispute, Karen D'Onofrio sued her former employer, Vacations to Go ("VTG" or "Vacation"), a division of Vacation Publications, Inc., the largest seller of ocean-going cruises in the world, for interfering with her rights under the Family Medical Leave Act.
