This is a suit to enforce a former employee’s agreement not to compete. The lower court issued an injunction enforcing the agreement against the employee, defendant Andrus, and the company with which he is presently associated, Town and Country Kitchens, Inc. Defendants Faucette and Daggett were also involved as co-directors and founders of Town and Country Kitchens, Inc., along with defendant Andrus.
