OPINION

LOPEZ, Judge.

Defendants appeal a judgment in a workmen’s compensation case awarding benefits and attorney fees to plaintiff. Plaintiff cross appeals the trial court’s denial of her request for a lump sum award. We affirm.

The issues for decision on appeal are (1) whether the rate of compensation in effect on the date of disability applies or whether the rate in effect on the date of the original accident applies; (2) whether the amount of attorney fees awarded was excessive; and (3) whether the trial court’s finding that it was not in the interest of the rehabilitation of plaintiff to…
