Before a Hearing Board comprising Sherry A. Caloia and Thomas J. Herd, both lawyers, and William R. Lucero, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge ("PDJ"), is a mandate from the Colorado Supreme Court. That tribunal remanded this matter for a redetermination of the appropriate sanction after it affirmed in part and reversed in part the Hearing Board's findings that James C.
